Kaohsiung City will host the 2018 Global Harbor Cities Forum on 25 – 27 September 2018, where harbor cities from all over the world are invited get together to discuss and tackle common challenges faced by the city leaders. The aim of the forum is to call for collaboration among harbor cities and to come up with strategies that can foster urban transformation and create economic prosperity.

Objectives

• Identify challenges and difficulties shared by the global harbor cities
• Promote industrial transformation and urban development in the harbor cities
• Provide a platform for collaboration in harbor cities and to build a strong business alliance

The theme of the 2018 Forum will be: Harbor City X Smart Technology X Cooperation.
