The Fourth Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety will take place in Marrakech, Morocco, from 18 to 20 February 2025. This significant event, themed “Commit to Life,” will bring together global leaders, policymakers, road safety experts, NGOs, private sector stakeholders, and youth representatives to drive meaningful progress in reducing road fatalities and injuries. The conference serves as a platform to accelerate action toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly the target of halving global road deaths and injuries by 2030.
This gathering comes at a critical juncture, marking the halfway point of the United Nations Decade of Action for Road Safety 2021–2030. With only five years remaining to achieve the Global Goals, the conference aims to evaluate progress made so far and address challenges that hinder further advancements. Participants will have the opportunity to share knowledge, identify priorities, and discuss innovative strategies to enhance road safety globally.

Event Details
The 2025 UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP 30) will take place in November 2025 in Belém, Brazil. Held annually under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), these conferences bring together global leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to evaluate progress in addressing climate change.
As the official Conference of the Parties (COP), these gatherings serve as a platform for negotiations, policy development, and collaboration. Since the mid-1990s, they have played a crucial role in shaping international climate agreements, which set legally binding emission reduction targets for developed nations.
COP 30 will continue these efforts, driving forward the global climate agenda and fostering commitments toward a more sustainable and resilient future.
